Her journey began when she left behind a high-finance career in New York City to pursue her true passion. She honed her skills at culinary school and even had the privilege of working at Bobby Flay's esteemed Mesa Grill in Manhattan, gaining invaluable expertise along the way.

Armed with her perfected recipes, Verlie transformed her modest 4 x 4 New York apartment kitchen into a cookie haven. However, seeking a warmer environment for her children, she made the bold decision to move to Orange County. There, she embraced the role of a private labeler, supplying her exceptional cookie dough to esteemed establishments ranging from cozy coffee shops and inviting cafes to even larger businesses like Legoland California.
